NAPCO NATIONAL LAUNCHES ITS ‘GROWING TOGETHER’ CONFERENCE AT GULFOOD MANUFACTURING 2019
Between 29-31 October, for the fifth consecutive year, Napco National exhibited at Gulfood Manufacturing 2019 in Dubai’s World Trade Centre. The Saudi-based manufacturing company brought together a dynamic team of experts and consultants to speak at its ‘Growing Together’ conference, a series of forward-looking presentations focusing on the latest trends and insights related to the integration of digital technology into business, sustainability and a customer-oriented approach.
As a leading food and beverage (F&B) packaging manufacturer with 65 years in the industry, Napco National utilized its experience and market knowledge to grow partnerships with customers and other F&B producers.
‘This year, the “Growing Together” conference sessions aim to inspire our partners inviting them to be part of making a positive change towards digital transformation, sustainability, and customer-centricity,’ explained Maher Dabbous, Vice President of Sales at Napco National Flexible Packaging Division, prior to the event. ‘We look forward to sharing our experience with our partners and to continuing to grow together.’
The ‘Growing Together’ Conference
Three different presentations were held each day at the ‘Growing Together’ conference covering digital transformation, sustainability and customer centricity. The Digital Transformation Session discussed how disruption is transforming businesses and explored Napco National’s digitalization-driven approach to create seamless and engaging experiences with its customers.
Another session focused on Napco National’s sustainability programme and the company’s role in helping partners achieve their objectives and align with Saudi Vision 2030 and specific UN Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs). Finally, the Customer Centricity Session was a chance for attendees to discover the latest trends that enhance customer experience. The presentation also covered Napco National’s dedication to excellence in order to enhance customer satisfaction and drive long-term business partnerships with its customers.
